Overview
Use basic probability and descriptive statistics to solve real-world quantitative problems. Note: For full credit you must include your math calculations (show your work, not just the answers).
Instructions

- Calculate the probability that a randomly selected inquiry is about pricing. (5 pts)
- Calculate the probability that a randomly selected inquiry is about returns. (5 pts)
- Calculate the probability that a randomly selected inquiry is about shipping. (5 pts)
- Based on these probabilities, which area should the manager prioritize for staff training? Support your answer with your probability findings. (5 pts)
